SHIPPING

We generally prepare orders for dispatch within 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed, unless a different timeline is mentioned. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with the relevant shipping information.

Orders generally reach you within 5–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the courier service.

As a small business, we carefully prepare each order before it leaves us. While we aim to meet the estimated timelines above, deliveries may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, natural events or other unforeseen circumstances.

DELIVERY DELAYS & DAMAGES

We work with trusted third-party courier partners for the delivery of orders. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at care.satori@gmail.com with your order details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, coordinate with the courier partner.

Please make sure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If your order is showing as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery status being recorded. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for investigation, and Satori will not be responsible for packages reported after this timeframe.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide an unedited video recording of the package being opened from the sealed state. This helps us assess the condition of the parcel when received and take it up with the shipping partner. Reports made after this period or without the required documentation may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

As our products are handmade personal-care products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. All purchases by the customer are final. If you are unhappy with a product or have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us at care.satori@gmail.com. We value our customers and will do our best to assist you.

CANCELLATIONS

 In case you would like to cancel your order, you must email us at care.satori@gmail.com within 24hrs of placing the order with your order number. Once shipped, cancellation of your order is not possible.

HANDMADE VARIATIONS & APPEARANCE

Satori soaps are handcrafted in small batches and each bar is individually cut and finished. Because of this, slight differences in colour, shape, texture, pattern and appearance may occur from one bar or batch to another. You may also notice minor surface variations, such as small air pockets or a light powdery layer known as soda ash. These are natural results of the soapmaking process and are generally cosmetic in nature.

As each bar is handmade, these small variations and imperfections are part of what makes every Satori soap unique and do not affect the intended use or quality of the soap.

We make every effort to photograph our products accurately. However, the product you receive may look slightly different from the images on our website due to factors such as lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

These variations are inherent to handmade soap and should be expected when purchasing Satori products.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Satori products are made for cleansing and everyday personal care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and the information provided by Satori should not be considered as a medical advice.

As everyone's skin is different, we recommend performing a patch test before using a new product. If you experience irritation, redness, discomfort or any other unwanted reaction, discontinue use immediately.

Please review the ingredients of each product before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities to any of the ingredients.

Our products contain essential oils. While our products are formulated for their intended use, pregnant or breastfeeding women, infants and young children may have specific sensitivities to certain essential oils or their constituents. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, purchasing for a child, or have any concerns about the suitability of a particular essential oil, we recommend reviewing the ingredients carefully and consulting a qualified healthcare professional before use.
